Current stage: Pre-revenue ClinicStock EU is a ready-to-use browser-based B2B inventory management SaaS designed primarily for dental practices, veterinary practices, aesthetic clinics, private medical practices, and other businesses that need a simple way to manage consumables, product batches, expiration dates, and employee inventory usage.

It is not a software base or a non-exclusive source code license. The buyer acquires the entire software package and the exclusive commercial and financial rights agreed in the final sales contract. After the transaction is completed, the seller will no longer sell or license the same ClinicStock software to third parties.

Both can be accessed directly in the browser without installing the software. The basic idea of the product

ClinicStock is designed around one key principle:

Inventory management must be so simple that the employee can use it without separate training.

The most important daily work steps have been deliberately made as fast as possible.

Take from stock

Select quantity → scan barcode → done.

If the barcode reader is not used, the employee can search for the product immediately by name or product code. Add to stock

Read the barcode → enter the quantity → batch number and expiration date if necessary → more.

Standard USB and Bluetooth barcode readers can be used with the software, which work like keyboard input.

Full event reports are only visible to authorized company administrators.

Thanks to this, the owner or administrator of the clinic can see who has taken or added goods, when the transaction was made and how much was involved.

Batch and expiration date management One product can have several different batches that have their own expiration dates.

Batch number and expiration date are optional.

Products and batches that do not have an expiration date are excluded from expiration alerts.

The FEFO function automatically prioritizes the inventory that expires first to be used first.

Multi-tenant SaaS

ClinicStock supports several customer companies with a multi-tenant architecture.

User roles

The software supports separate administrator and employee roles.

Company administrators can manage users, products, inventory and reports.

Ordinary employees can perform day-to-day warehouse operations without access to enterprise-wide transaction and audit reporting.

Six languages ​​are included in the software The software currently includes the following languages:

The user can choose the language they want even before logging in and change it later from within the application.

Every employee can use the user interface in their preferred language.

The translation structure makes it possible to add new languages ​​later.

When the license is activated, a private, company-specific storage environment opens up for the customer. Thanks to this, ClinicStock is able to present and sell itself without having to organize a separate manual product presentation for each potential customer.

SaaS Licensing

ClinicStock includes a license system based on an annual license.

The commercial model currently used in the demo is:

The customer can buy one or more years of usage in advance.

The minimum length of the license is 12 months.

The platform administrator can change the pricing, so the buyer can define the commercial model as they wish.

Stripe integration is included in the software

ClinicStock currently includes out-of-the-box Stripe payment integration for purchasing and renewing SaaS licenses. The buyer connects his own Stripe account and API ID to the software before the commercial implementation of the service.

Stripe is the payment service provider currently implemented in the software.

If the buyer wants to use, for example, Mollie, PayPal or some other local payment service, that integration must be implemented separately by the buyer or the buyer's developer.

Other payment service integrations are not currently included in the deal. License renewal and user locations

Customers can manage their license through the software.

The system supports:

Account recovery and deletion

ClinicStock includes a 30-day account recovery process. When the customer stops using the service, their company's operational data may be stored temporarily for recovery.

If the verified root user returns to the service during the restore period, the previous company data can be restored.

The system also supports permanent deletion of data and user account.

The buyer gets to know the public demos. Preliminary conversation with the buyer. If necessary, a non-disclosure agreement or NDA. Technical due diligence, i.e. technical inspection of the software. Agreeing on the final terms of sale. Secure payment / escrow. Handover of source code and documentation. Transfer of Agreed Exclusive Software Rights. Technical handover and commissioning-related handover. The asking price is substantially lower than the time and cost required to design, develop, test and document the corresponding software from the beginning.
